Description of Position

Seeking full time direct care staff person for Crisis Stabilization Unit located in Norton, MA. This is an 8 bed, voluntary, no restraint, short term mental health support service for adults needing support in managing a crisis situation. Responsibilities include orienting clients to the unit, meal preparation, indirect support of activities of daily living, transportation, and facilitating therapeutic activities on the unit.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in human services is preferred.
