Description of Position

Full-time position on ESP leadership team in Norton, MA serving the Taunton/Attleboro area. Provide oversight, training, mentoring, and supervision to program clinicians and triage staff. Conduct client evaluations in a variety of settings, formulating a crisis intervention plan while providing crisis-oriented counseling. Excellent opportunity to learn and practice supervisory skills within a dynamic clinical environment.

Requirements

Candidate must have Master’s degree in human services and professional licensure (Either LICSW or LMHC) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in behavioral healthcare.
