Description of Position

Behavioral health center seeking a Facility/IT Manager responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of all owned and rented facilities and coordination of IT services facilitated by an outside IT consultant.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervise maintenance personnel
  • Develop, maintain and update maintenance schedules for all rental and owned sites, execute maintenance at all sites per approved schedules
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and leasing schedules
  • Propose items for capital budget
  • Arrange and supervise all independent contractor arrangements at all sites, including repairs, renovations, inspections, snow removal, trash removal and landscaping
  • Responsible for adherence to all DMH, DPH, Housing Department, HUD and other regulators site-based regulations
  • Act as liaison between corporation and facility landlords
  • Maintain fixed asset inventory of all corporation property, including computers, tools and small equipment
  • Maintain communications systems including cell phones, office telephones and email; minor computer maintenance and upgrade assistance
  • Manage relationship with IT and software vendor
  • Environment of Care Committee responsibilities

Requirements

Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills required. Internal and external customer service skills. Computer skills including computer system logic, Microsoft products, Active Directory and Outlook. Three years prior supervisory experience in a mental health provider preferred. Bachelor's degree required or significant experience.
