Description of Position

Seeking Master's-level clinicians for our Adult Outpatient Program. Providing therapy in a dynamic, trauma-informed work environment. Committed both to client care and clinician growth.

Client population includes a wide variety of presentations including trauma, serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and substance use disorders. Adult outpatient clinicians will work with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry and case management as applicable to meet client’s needs from an integrated perspective.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Conducting biopsychosocial evaluations
  • Treatment planning
  • Use of outcomes measures
  • May use additional modalities including couples, family and group

Work is primarily located in our Taunton clinic. Brockton hours also available. During the COVID-19 emergency, services are being provided via both in-person sessions and telehealth.

We offer

Competitive salary:

  • Starting salary $60,000 for license-eligible Master’s level clinicians (ex. MSW, Master’s in Psychology, Master’s in Counseling)
  • Pay differential for licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Pay differential for additional language spoken
  • Additional pay when productivity is exceeded

  • 3 weeks paid vacation to start, 4 weeks paid at 2 years

Requirements

Candidates must hold a license-eligible master's degree or be independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT. Clinicians should have proficiency with computers including ability to use or learn to use an electronic health record system, audio-visual communication technology (i.e. doxy or Zoom), and some use of Microsoft Office suite for emails, internal document access, and organization.
