Description of Position

CCBC is hiring a Clinical Masters level position working as a member of a multidisciplinary team in a residential respite program setting serving adults with moderate to severe mental illness, substance use, and co-occurring disorders by providing group and individual treatment, care management, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

  1. Process referrals for screening and enrollment into program;
  2. Conduct and complete comprehensive assessments;
  3. Develop and write Treatment Plans in conjunction with each client and others of client’s choosing;
  4. Present assessments at Respite Team meetings;
  5. Assist staff in triaging crisis situations;
  6. Complete documentation in a timely fashion, including incident reporting;
  7. Provide non-clinical oversight to direct care staff
  8. Other duties as defined by agency and/or program leadership.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services related discipline; Licensed as an LCSW, LICSW or LMHC by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence and submit a copy of satisfactory record of driving from the state of residence of registry of motor vehicles; Must complete MA and ADP Criminal Offense Record Information (CORI) process; Must have computer literacy as related to the requirements of the position; Must be flexible with hours to support ACCS Clinical Staff who may meet with Persons and their Natural Supports at the convenience of same.
